【工作內容】
1.提供全方位客戶服務支援,透過電話及多元數位通訊管道,協助客戶排除平台使用問題,並提供專業諮詢與操作指引,提升整體服務品質與用戶體驗。
2.與智能客服系統協作,承接並處理即時真人文字諮詢,快速理解客戶需求並提供精準回覆,確保服務流程順暢與問題即時解決。
3.蒐集、分析並彙整客戶回饋與常見問題,主動提出服務優化、流程改善與系統精進建議,協助提升客戶滿意度與營運效率。
4.定期執行客戶關懷服務,並配合公司專案進行外撥聯繫,以強化客戶黏著度與信任感。
