業務管理-法人金融/Corporate Banking1. 規劃私人銀行業務發展策略，執行年度預算編列與營運成效追蹤。
2. 制定業務人員績效目標與獎酬制度，辦理業績追蹤與營運數據分析。
3. 建立並優化私人銀行業務制度、作業流程及管理規範。
4. 協助推動跨平台業務合作及集團資源整合機制。
5. 規劃建置並維護私人銀行營運管理系統。
