数据分析/数据挖掘实习生（机器学习方向）
岗位职责：
1. 数据处理： 使用SQL进行数据提取、清洗及预处理。
2. 分析挖掘： 基于业务需求，运用Python进行数据分析、特征工程及机器学习建模（如回归、聚类等）。
3. 工具应用： 利用BI工具（PowerBI）制作可视化报表；结合AI工具提升数据分析与编程效率。
任职要求：
1. 学历专业： 本科及以上在读，统计学、计算机、数学、数据科学等相关专业。
2. Hard Skill：
· SQL：能熟练编写SQL（包括多表连接、聚合、窗口函数）
· Python： 基础扎实。熟悉Pandas/NumPy进行数据清洗与预处理；
· AI/ML基础：理解常见机器学习算法原理，有项目或竞赛经历者优先。
· 加分项：熟悉PowerBI；会使用AI工具辅助编程
3. Soft Skill： 逻辑清晰，自驱力强，对AI技术有好奇心。
实习时间：每周至少三天on-site
