设计风险把控：对具体设计进行风险识别与尺寸链分析，明确关键零部件的尺寸形位公差，保障设计质量。
关键工艺设备设计：负责电驱动定子发卡线成型、扩口、扭头等关键工艺设备的独立设计工作，确保设备满足生产工艺要求。
整线设计（加分项）：具备电驱动定子发卡线成型整线主设计能力，如有发卡全工艺设计经验或配套资源更佳，负责整线设计与优化。
问题分析与解决：针对设备出现的问题，能从设计角度进行原因分析，并提供合理有效的解决方案，保障设备稳定运行。
机械类本科及以上学历
具有10年以上非标设计经验，且在一家非标设计公司至少连续工作 3 年。
沟通流畅，逻辑清晰，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力。
备较好的抗压能力，强大的自驱能力。
具备基本英语沟通能力，技术能力强者，此要求可适当放宽。
