Job Description

我們現正為香港總部的全球客戶服務中心,誠邀一位客戶服務主任加入我們的全球預訂團隊,與專業團隊攜手合作。

主要職責

  • 熟悉並掌握半島酒店所有設施、房價及推廣活動的最新資訊
  • 根據政策與程序,透過來電、電郵及批發商處理預訂查詢
  • 與內部部門協調,確保客人的重要要求得到妥善傳達(例如處理交通、餐廳及水療中心的預訂)
  • 維持準確的客人檔案,並記錄相關的預訂歷史以供日後參考
  • 參與套房升級推廣計劃

入職要求

  • 具備至少一年預訂部、前堂或客戶服務中心的相關工作經驗
  • 熟悉Opera或 PMS 系統的操作
  • 具備良好的溝通技巧及電話應對禮儀
  • 流利英語,並能操流利粵語及普通話者優先考慮
