英语客服组长深圳全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述职位描述
1、以改善用户体验及服务效率为目标导向,不断支持产品及服务策略的优化迭代,保证及时高效处理IM和工单问题。
2、负责客服相关业务数据的监控和分析,及时发现业务风险,协调资源解决问题,并对各项业务指标负责,定期产出汇报数据和整改意见;
3、根据业务需求情况,不断优化包括流程、标准、制度规范在内的质检、培训体系;
职位要求职位要求
1、具有丰富的客户服务专业知识,3年以上互联网行业海外客服/用户服务工作经验。
2、本科以上学历,大学英语6级及以上水平,英语口语及书面表达流利、能与外籍同事无障碍沟通;
3、对海外社交及泛娱乐领域感兴趣,具备良好的业务判断力,擅长通过分析数据发现问题本质、解决问题并将其标准化,具备客户服务流程建设及服务创新的意识和能力;
4、具备优秀的表达和沟通能力,善于团队建设,具备团队协作和协调能力;
5、具备较强的责任心与执行力,有一定抗压能力,性格坚韧,学习能力强
6、有字节tiktok海外客服,泛娱乐海外业务相关客服运营工作经验者优先 投递
