Primary Responsibilities:
- 消化客户图纸及标准，包括合同中与涂装有关的需求，清晰定义出产品表面防护的实施要求，以满足客户要求。
- 编制产品表面涂装工艺： 包括防护、喷砂、 预处理、喷涂、非油漆面处理等程序要求和操作规范；通用作业指导书；防腐方案。
- 维护和定义产品所需的砂料、油漆、防锈油、稀释剂、防护材料等的定额及成本。
- 现场技术指导, 跟踪, 完善和固化涂装工艺和操作规范。
- 支持新产品ITO 阶段表面防护技术的评估。
- 持续改进涂装生产线，包括安全& 质量& 周期& 成本各方面改善。
- 负责应用和开发新油漆系统。
- 参与公司的化学品管理。
Qualifications Required:
- 应用化学专业本科以上学历, 熟悉工业设备涂装、防腐基本程序。
- 英语熟练， 解读技术资料，能与国外工程师沟通。
- 熟练使用AutoCAD、Office等软件绘制简图或编制报告。
- 熟悉SSPC, ISO ，ASTM, NACE等与涂装相关的标准。
- 熟悉发电设备（如汽轮机、管道、钢结构）的涂装需求。
- 自律, 主动, 愿意与各团队合作。
- 严守安全生产规范，对涂层质量及长期耐久性负责。
Desired
- 能操作涂层测厚仪、附着力测试仪等设备，进行现场质量把控和指导。
- 具备涂装缺陷分析及解决能力（如起泡、龟裂、脱落等）。
- 有5年以上重型设备防腐蚀经验。
