Job Description

人力资源高级经理广州全职职位描述- 基于对运营成本、效率指标(如人均效能、货损率、准点率)的深刻理解,设计并推动与业务结果强挂钩的激励方案、绩效管理优化项目。
- 负责劳动用工管理、合规管理、员工关系案件合法合规处理,提升关键人群的劳动风险识别与处置能力。
- 负责公司员工关系体系的建立、维护与优化,制定和完善相关规章制度。
- 定期进行用工风险审计与排查,建立风险预警机制。确保全国性运营网络的人力资源政策与操作100%符合各地劳动法规。
- 在业务转型、组织整合、流程再造等变革中,设计并实施配套的人力资源变革管理方案,确保变革平稳落地。
- 通过数据分析(如离职分析、敬业度调研、人效数据)洞察组织问题,驱动管理改进。职位要求- 统招本科及以上学历,人力资源及劳动法相关法律专业优先。
- 至少8年以上人力资源全模块工作经验,其中至少5年深度专注于物流、快递、供应链、制造业等强运营属性行业的HR业务伙伴(HRBP)或综合HR管理岗位。
- 具备扎实和丰富的员工关系实战经验,精通中国劳动法律法规体系,有独立处理复杂劳动争议全流程的成功经验。
- 优秀的人际洞察力和问题解决能力,清晰的逻辑思维和表达能力,同时具备数据分析和报告撰写能力。
