Job Description

渠道策略分析专家北京全职中后台职能类职位描述1. 市场洞察与趋势研究:
- 持续追踪并分析电商(平台电商、社交电商、兴趣电商)、O2O(即时零售)、特通渠道及其他新兴渠道的行业趋势、消费者行为变化及竞争格局。
- 深入研究渠道商业模式、平台政策与流量玩法,为公司的渠道策略提供前瞻性输入。
2. 增长机会点挖掘:
- 基于数据分析、消费者调研和竞品对标,系统性地识别和评估在各新渠道中的增长突破口(如新品机会、场景营销、流量红利等)。
- 负责新渠道业务模式的可行性研究,包括商业模式设计、投资回报测算和风险评估。
3. 战略规划与策略制定:
- 制定公司年度及中长期的新渠道增长战略,明确目标、路径和资源分配。
- 为具体渠道(如京东、天猫、抖音、美团、饿了么等)制定差异化的运营策略、产品组合策略及营销推广策略。
4. 策略推进与协同落地:
- 与销售、市场、产品等部门紧密协作,将战略蓝图转化为可执行的行动计划。
- 主导或参与关键战略项目的试点与推进,确保策略的有效落地,并跟踪评估项目效果。
5. 知识赋能与输出:
- 构建公司内部的新渠道知识体系,定期输出高质量的战略分析报告,为管理层和业务团队提供决策支持。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,5-10年工作经验
2. 具备咨询公司背景,具备快消行业策略分析经验,对快消行业渠道熟悉
3. 了解电商、即时零售渠道策略玩法,擅长渠道增长点发掘
4. 具备数据分析、策略分析、行业研究能力,擅长报告输出和跨部门协作 投递
