【職務說明】
我們在尋找「雲端系統開發專案經理」。 營運客戶委託的千萬流量等級雲端系統，
隨著零售市場變化以及數位轉型需求，配合市場快速發展演進，與客戶協同合作進行規劃及系統開發。
【工作內容】
1.投入並參與完整專案生命週期，主導專案走向及規劃，關鍵問題溝通決策。
2.客戶及業務需求蒐集、溝通、規劃，並適時提出完整且可行建議。
3.與客戶合作系統廠商確認及定義介面規格、資料交換方式。
4.跨部門及團隊溝通協調，確保專案運行節奏順暢。
5.參與專案整合測試、確保專案最終品質。
【工作技能】
1.獨立進行專案規劃、執行、監控、回報、風險控管等能力。
2.專案預算提報及執行成本控管，進行即時調整。
3.將客戶業務需求經系統分析成可落地的系統單元或解決方案。
4.熟悉軟體開發相關知識:基本網路架構觀念、Infra架構觀念(雲端服務)、網站系統架構及運作機制概念
5.熟悉並使用專案管理工具，EX: Azure DevOps、Teams、Project、Notion...等。
6.良好的表達能力，清晰的邏輯思考及訊息接收整合能力，並能換位思考。
7.良好的學習能力，能迅速理解團隊使用開發技術，並用於解決商業問題。
8.具備開立規格書能力，並清楚分辨欄位所代表意義，包括但不限於API、實體檔、報表...等

7.扁平的組織型態利於溝通與執行，與開發、QA、維運、Infra等專業職能團隊一同合作完成專案。
