Job Description

电商运营北京全职电商运营类职位描述1、全面负责元气森林集团旗下各品牌电商淘系渠道整体的营销工作。结合公司集团各品牌资源以及业务发展方向,制定各品牌电商渠道的年度营销策略规划。
2、熟悉各电商渠道运营打法,能够以渠道为核心,搭建营销业务模式,包括渠道内资源整合、触点管理、Agency的招标竞标、业务模式规划、业务流程梳理、第三方合作伙伴管理等。
3、负责淘系渠道营销活动的细化工作,包括超级品类日,618,双11,跨品牌联合活动、新品首发等市场活动的策略,谈判,执行,落地。
4、 负责电商流量和转化率的优化,搜索优化,品牌曝光优化和拓展,站内内容营销,文案传播,以及全域直播的管理提升。
5、负责跟踪营销计划达成进度,分析业务差距,组织开展渠道营销效果评估,提高渠道营销效率。
6、负责收集分析快消品行业及主竞品线上渠道营销优秀打法案例,发掘线上渠道营销创新机会点,并进行优化转化和落地。职位要求1、统招本科及以上学历,有3-6年电商营销对口经验;熟悉线上电商平台的营销运营方法、数字化营销相关知识
2、熟悉食品饮料消费品品牌运营逻辑,了解不同各品类竞争格局及线上电商业态的发展趋势变化;
3、对数据敏感,逻辑能力、策略能力一流,能用经营者的角度思考业务;
4、善于沟通,责任心强,抗压能力强,有很强的团队合作意识。 投递
