【資格條件】
1.具五年以上銷售或業務經驗，熟悉客戶經營流程、銷售流程與相關合規話術。
2.高度熟悉場景式業務流程，對科技應用與數位工具具有熱忱，願意投入智能對練平台之建置與優化。
3.具備教材撰寫能力，邏輯清晰，能將複雜內容轉化為易懂教案。
4.具備 Coaching 或講師相關經歷，能有效傳遞觀念並帶領學習。
5.願意學習並投入 AI 智能對練及質檢系統的建置、維運與推廣。
【工作內容】
1.AI 智能對練平台內容設計與維護：
規劃與撰寫場景腳本、參數設定、情境模擬與對練話術。
2.AI 智能對練平台使用推廣：
協助訓練與輔導分行同仁導入平台功能，推廣使用並蒐集需求回饋。
3.AI 智能質檢平台建置與維運：
參與規劃、調校評分邏輯、協助平台團隊持續優化模型與實務應用。
4.跨部門溝通協作：
與平台開發人員、產品單位及教育訓練團隊協作，提升系統符合業務需求。
