服务销售工程师，暖通空调方向
岗位职责：
为使用江森自控设备和系统（暖通空调、楼宇控制、工业冷冻等）的客户提供服务，涵盖签订或未签订保养合同的客户； 主动拜访客户，深入了解其业务需求与挑战，识别潜在问题并提供专业解决方案； 以保养业务合作为基础，为客户提供增值服务，助力客户实现安全、可靠、高效及可持续发展的目标。
你将要做什么：
推动暖通空调的延伸服务销售，包括零配件更换、维修保养、系统调试等业务； 根据业务策略，转化潜在客户，提升销售业绩并扩大市场覆盖率； 定期高质量拜访客户，建立信任关系，深入挖掘需求，提供优选解决方案，创造更多业务机会； 全面了解客户预算、采购计划、设备运行及竞争方案，基于客户核心利益提供常规及增值服务； 协调运营、技术支持及相关职能部门，确保服务承诺兑现； 熟悉服务业务流程，完成订单跟进、实施、效果监管、开票、收款及客户满意度追踪； 达成公司业绩目标，持续提升客户满意度。
我们需要的是
本科及以上学历，暖通、自控、机电等相关专业优先； 三年以上相关行业经验，熟悉中央空调、机房系统、水系统、末端空调及控制系统； 具备优秀的销售能力和客户沟通技巧，能快速建立信任并挖掘核心需求； 具备顾问式销售经验，能提供有价值的解决方案； 优秀的时间和项目管理能力，能高效制定拜访计划并推进项目； 有责任心、性格外向，沟通能力强。
