【工作內容】
作為華邦的(竹北)資深財務專案人員/副理 ，你將根據公司經營策略，規劃全球營運資金的運用，並進行投資業務之分析及管理。工作內容包含：
1. 各項企業籌資工具(股權或債權)規劃及執行
2. 運用AI 工具提升生產力
3. 建置資金規劃相關預測模型，並定期執行數據分析以提供報表或簡報
4. 數位轉型規劃及執行
5. 其他主管交辦事項

其他條件：
1. 良好外語能力，具備海外留學經驗者佳
2. 具備國內外籌資專案相關經驗五年以上
3. 有財會、統計學、計量及投資相關知識，有能力運用MS SQL及其他數據分析工具(如Python, R )，能正確理解與使用數據者。
4. 熟練且具備Power BI實務操作經驗者
5. 能掌握並熟練操作MS Office及MS Copilot等工具
6. 良好溝通技巧及問題解決能力
7. 抗壓性高且工作執行力強，能獨立作業和快速學習運用新技術者
8. 熱情學習，勇於接受新挑戰及新任務之安排
