Job Description

广告投放优化师(海外产品)南京全职运营 - 用户运营职位描述1. 能针对Facebook/Google Ads/TT渠道等进行海外平台广告投放;
2. 监控和研究竞品的获客模式,根据业务目标,搭建用户增长策略,通过广告投放等方式最优成本获取精准用户;
3. 根据业务目标对现有增长策略进行回顾,提出建设性意见,并持续迭代新的增长策略,撬动业务更好更快增长;
4. 乐于探索新的广告形式和素材优化,提高CTR、CVR,确保ROI盈利。职位要求1. 全日制本科及以上学历,1-2年工作经验,其中至少半年海外投放经验;
2. 数据敏感性强,有好奇心,敏锐感知数据背后的深层原因,并逐个击破;
3. 积极沟通其他部门,有一定的统筹/策应/组织/协调多方资源的能力;
4. 学习力强,结果导向,天生乐观,在多线程事务中有快速抓重点的能力;
5. 独立负责过一个完整项目的用户增长项目加分;
6. 对目前市面上的广告有基本的审美,能自主产出视频素材能力者加分。 投递
