風險與稽核管理：綜理內外部查核、自行查核及作業風險事務，確保資訊作業穩健與合規。
資訊安全協作：協助跨部門溝通與協調，推動資訊安全政策與作業落實。
預算與成本控管：負責資訊作業相關預算編列、費用管理，提升資源運用效益。
行政與採購管理：審核資訊系統設備採購、合約初審及人事行政作業，確保流程順暢。
數位工具應用：運用 AI 與數位化工具，優化日常維運流程，提升工作效率與組織價值。
