1.開發及維運信用卡發卡應用系統
2.與系統開發廠商及使用者溝通協調說明需求內容，並進行測試及驗證上線事宜
3. 系統技術文件與需求文件之填製，及配合資安進行系統資安檢測
4.熟 Microsoft C#.NET、 VB.NET 或 JAVA 等程式語言，並具關發及維護經驗
5.具MS SQL 資料庫開發維護相關經驗，諳 JavaScript、AJAX、資安相關概念
