Job Description

薪酬福利资深经理(海外)广州全职职能板块职位描述负责小鹏集团海外业务的薪酬与福利的全面工作,包括但不限于 人力成本规划、激励方案制定、福利方案设计等
1. 基于业务战略规划及海外市场实操/合规要求,设计和规划薪酬激励及福利激励方案,助力业务成功。
2. 深入理解公司战略,从人力成本ROI视角进行组织效益分析,深入业务团队调研,持续跟踪薪酬激励方案的执行效果,针对所发现的问题,持续完善方案。
3. 针对专项人力资源管理议题,建立分析逻辑框架、进行数据洞察;定期组织团队内部分享和复盘所设计的方案;钻研方法与工具,不断提高方案设计质量、提升方案跟踪效率。
4. 有较好的外语水平及沟通能力,能支持多个海外国际地区的激励方案设计与落地、沟通。
职位要求1、全面掌握薪酬管理&绩效激励体系建设的专业知识,具备优秀的数据分析能力、沟通能力、学习能力,熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件。
2、具备5年及以上大型企业薪酬策略制定、方案设计等相关工作经验,有成功落地执行的实战案例
3、具备海外薪酬经验为必须项,如有多个海外国家经验为加分项 投递
