我们正在寻找一位灵巧手开发工程师，专注于为人型机器人设计并开发高自由度的手部系统。该职位将涉及灵巧手的结构设计、传感器集成以及运动控制算法的开发，旨在提供类人抓取、精细操作和触觉反馈等功能。此岗位需要与控制系统、电子系统和人工智能团队密切合作，确保灵巧手的性能符合全机器人系统的要求。
主要职责：
1. 灵巧手设计与开发：设计具备多自由度的机械手结构，确保灵巧手在不同任务中的柔性抓取和精细操作能力。
2. 精确运动控制：开发并优化灵巧手的运动控制算法，确保手部关节动作的精准协调，提升操作效率。
3. 传感器与反馈系统：集成力反馈、触觉传感器，实现对物体接触、抓握力的实时反馈控制。
4. 多领域合作：与控制算法、嵌入式系统以及AI团队合作，确保灵巧手与全机器人系统的无缝集成。
5.测试与验证：通过仿真和原型测试，验证灵巧手的设计和性能，推动快速迭代。
6.新材料应用：探索适用于灵巧手的轻量化材料和新型材料，提高机械手的耐用性和操作效率。
任职要求：
• 机械工程、机电一体化、机器人相关领域的本科或硕士学历。
• 至少3年精密机械、机器人手部设计或类似领域的经验。
• 熟悉多自由度机械系统设计，能够处理复杂的运动控制和反馈。
• 熟练使用CAD、运动仿真、FEA等工具进行设计优化。
• 深入理解力学、控制系统及传感器技术。
• 优秀的跨学科团队协作能力，能推动多领域的项目整合。
优先条件：
• 具备人型机器人或高精度多自由度系统的设计经验。
• 了解触觉反馈系统、复杂机械系统集成的相关技术。
