Job Description

投诉处理经理/资深经理急招广州全职营销服板块职位描述岗位职责:
1、负责重大投诉流程及策略制定、并跟踪落地效果,持续优化迭代;
2、参与公司重大投诉处置,并妥善解决;
3、针对重大投诉等案例进行质检,发现共性问题,提供可行性解决方案或支持;
4、组织区域投诉人员培训,提升投诉技能;
5、负责区域风险案件及时支撑和风险化解。
岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历,8年及以上汽车、快消品、零售服务业或互联网行业重大投诉处理经验,条件优秀者工作年限可放宽至5年;
2、有汽车投诉、交通事故处理相关工作经验的优先考虑;
3、具备出色的谈判沟通能力,能预判案件处置风险,制定可行性处置方案,将案件妥善处置;
4、具有较强自我驱动能力,能总结归纳案件处置策略和打法并分享;
5、项目管理能力:识别问题并形成专项改善,管理项目进度,进程和目标,推动实际成果的落地;
6、能适应突发性国内出差;
7、出色的协调能力,较强的抗压能力,工作积极主动,强烈责任心和团队合作精神。职位要求-- 投递
