Job Description

支付投诉处理专员广州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1.负责自建站以及各销售渠道的售前,售中,售后的境外支付投诉处理;
2.负责处理海外收款渠道如Paypal/Worldpay/钱海等的投诉;
3.总结处理方法,反馈客户问题,推进其他部门解决,降低投诉率。职位要求1.大专及以上学历,有英文客服相关工作优先考虑; 英语4级以上-读写擅长并熟悉英文商务信函;
2.熟悉Paypal和其他信用卡收款渠道的风险规则;有相关外贸客服2年工作经验者优先;
3.熟悉一般计算机操作,熟悉常用办公软件(如Word & .Excel)、对支付系统有一定的认识和了解者优先;
4.思路清晰,良好的表达,沟通,理解及处理问题能力;有客户至上的服务意识。 投递
