Job Description

企银航酒渠道—特渠客户经理上海全职市场销售类职位描述1、负责企银航酒渠道存量客户的日常关系维护,作为主要对接窗口,及时响应并解决客户在合作中的各类问题。
2、负责接收、审核并处理渠道客户的订单,确保信息准确无误,并协同供应链、物流部门跟进订单的确认、排产及交付全流程,监控订单执行状态,主动协调处理订单延迟、缺货等异常情况,保障终端供应及时性。
3、负责每月与渠道客户进行销售数据的核对、对账工作,确保数据准确一致。
职位要求1、大专及以上学历,2年以上快消品(饮料、食品优先)行业销售运营、客户服务或渠道管理相关经验,有企银航酒渠道客户资源优先。
2、熟练使用excel软件,可以运用数据透视表、VLOOKUP等常用函数,进行数据处理与分析。
3、服务意识强,具备出色的沟通与关系维护能力,且对数字高度敏感,流程执行力强,且善于跨部门沟通,能有效协调资源,推动问题解决。 投递
