顧客服務-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_CS_RB)
1.線上協助客戶問題處理、提供銀行業務諮詢服務。
2.客戶意見反應與蒐集，維繫良好顧客關係。
3.專案或行銷活動的配合執行。
4.主動推薦適合的產品或服務予客戶、提升顧客滿意度、創造自我價值。
5.提供完整的職前與在職教育訓練，於工作中漸進學習多重產品專業知識與自我成長。
*其他條件
1.無經驗可，具客戶服務或電話銷售經驗與金融產業資歷者尤佳。
2.諳消費金融商品常識，溝通能力佳，具細心、耐心且抗壓性強。
3.證照需求(試用期間優先取得信託業務人員證照佳 )：
(1)金融市場常識與職業道德。
(2)信託業業務人員證照。
(3)結構型商品銷售人員資格證照或衍生性金融商品銷售人員證照。
(4)具備銀行內部控制證照及外匯專業能力測驗尤佳。
