可靠度工程師在產品生命週期中扮演關鍵角色，主要負責產品環境與可靠度測試、數據分析、測試計劃擬定以及測試報告撰寫。此職位需與研發、產品及客戶保持密切合作，釐清問題根因並提出可行改善方案。除確保產品品質與可靠度外，也能持續接觸新興技術並參與跨部門專案，適合對測試驗證與品質管理具有高度熱忱的專業人才，共同推動工業電腦技術的進步。
主要工作內容：
1. 執行產品環境與可靠度測試，並與研發及產品團隊合作進行問題診斷與改善。
2. 規劃並制定可靠度測試計劃，撰寫具完整性與公信力的測試報告，確保產品符合最新標準與法規。
3. 與客戶溝通可靠度驗證需求，提供專業技術建議並確保測試成果符合客戶期待。
4. 維護與管理實驗室設備，確保運作正常，並配合 ISO 17025 相關要求執行作業。
5. 配合公司政策與部門規劃，支援專案執行及其他任務需求。
您需具備：
1. 學歷：大學以上，電機電子、機械或工業工程相關科系畢業
2. 經驗：具備相關測試、品質或可靠度驗證工作經驗者
3. 技能：熟悉電腦硬體架構，熟練使用MS Office工具
4. 語文能力：英文具基本聽說讀寫能力
5. 出差需求：依專案需求可能需配合國內短期出差
加分項目：
1. 具備品質管理相關證照者(Ex. CRE)
2. 有ISO/IEC 17025實驗室認證規範訓練證明佳
3. 對可靠度測試與品質管理具高度興趣，並具備良好跨部門協作能力
