【工作內容】
1. Lean Expertise
Understand Lean principles and tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
Combine Lean with Six Sigma for waste and variation reduction.
2. Global Standardization
Create common Lean standards and KPIs across all sites.
Implement Standard Work for consistency.
3. Change Management & Culture
Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership.
Ability to train and coach teams worldwide.
4. Data & Digital Skills
Use data-driven decisions and KPI tracking.
Familiarity with MES, Power BI Dashboard, AI for global visibility.
5. Project Management
Lead cross-site projects and manage resources effectively.
Collaborate with Production, engineering, and quality teams.
6. Business & Financial Acumen
Understand cost structure and ROI.
Align Lean initiatives with corporate strategy.

【需求條件】
1. Degree in IE or ME;
2. 3+ yrs leading projects.
3. Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Kanban, SMED, etc.);
4. Experience with data analysis and problem-solving techniques (Six Sigma, FMEA);
5. Familiar with CAD tools for layout design

1. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher);
2. Experienced in EMS
