產品企劃-個人金融/Retail Banking (Job Family) (KGIB_PP_RB)
工作職責：
1.商業分析：
(1)以數據為本，發展商業解決方案，並發掘創新機會
(2)縱向與橫向溝通，確保方案確實執行
(3)根據觀察結果，持續提出改善建議
2.貸款產品規劃：
(1)產品營運、績效管理
(2)銷售名單規劃與執行
(3)專案規劃與執行管理
需求條件：
1.具產品行銷資料分析、銷售資料分析、業務績效分析等相關經驗(不限金融產品)
2.具相關統計分析軟體(SQL、SAS、R、Python)應用能力尤佳
3.具獨立作業、執行、研究、簡報能力，善於跨部門溝通協調
4.具有貸款產品、電話行銷通路管理、商業分析等相關經驗尤佳
