岗位概述
根据部门的需求，设计用于电机元器件生产或电机装配等自动化设备，并提供相应的技术支持和售后服务。
岗位职责
1. 与部门沟通，并最终确认LOR (List Of Requirements), 报价以及其他设备相关的信息。
2. 根据最新的技术与公司的指引，确认设备设计的标准，并培训引导设计人员按标准进行设计。
3. 根据设计的标准，确认最终的设计方案。
4. 与设备使用部门就紧急的需求保持沟通，并安排需要的资源和技术支持。
5. 与设备使用部门关于新项目总体的设备设计方案进行沟通，并最终确认方案。
任职要求
1. 大专或以上学历，机械、电子、自动化等相关专业。
2. 5年以上非标设备设计或开发自动生产/装配线的经验；根据候选人资历匹配工程师/高级工程师/主任工程师。
3. 熟悉Bosch输送机、转盘、机械臂、送料机和 6 轴机器人等的特性和应用；具有在自动化生产线上选型和应用这些设备的经验。
4. 熟悉不同类型传感器的原理及其应用。
5. 熟悉模块化设计，DFM (Design For Manufacturing) and DFA (Design For Assembly)。
6. 熟悉Solidworks或者SolidEdge者优先。
