岗位职责：
1.负责现场物流的职能与运营领导工作;
2.负责领导并监督端到端的现场物流管理，包括收料、仓储、内部物料转运及发运准备等工作；
3.统筹协调厂区层面的本地及全球供应链项目，开发复杂物流支持相关问题的解决方案（如仓库布局规划、第三方物流供应商选择、第三方物流供应商绩效管理、SAP系统集成等）；
4.负责设定并对标效率、速度及订单准确率等物流关键绩效指标（KPI）；分析历史数据，并紧密协同接口部门与供应链管理网络实施运营物流相关流程的改进；
5.确保库存准确性及仓库管理系统（WMS）的高效运用；
6.支持厂区内第三方物流（3PL）合作伙伴的筛选与资质认证；
7.确保厂区及法律实体范围内的海关与关税事务合规，涵盖进口、内部及出口运输全流程所有文档的管理；
8.确保并监督全面合规治理与合规战略的实施；
9.持续推动物流相关流程改进与合规水平提升；
10.负责物流相关的审计响应、风险评估及事件调查工作；
11.与供应链网络及厂区管理团队协同合作；
12.以身作则，发展物流团队以实现最佳绩效、生产率水平及团队士气。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，医药、物流或管理相关专业；
2.5年以上制药行业工作经验，具备GMP（药品生产质量管理规范）/GDP（药品分销质量管理规范）经验；
3.具备5年以上供应链岗位经验，如仓库物流管理等岗位；
4.良好的ERP/SAP系统操作技能，熟悉各种办公软件操作，逻辑思维清晰，对新领域的知识具备快速学习的能力；
5.熟悉GMP及物流相关法规及法律要求；
6.具备较强的数据统计和分析能力；
7.具备优秀的团队合作、沟通协调及问题解决能力，良好的中英文表达能力，有良好的职业素养和职业操守。
