岗位职责：
1.制定并实施设施管理、工程服务及公用工程采购策略；
2.管理MRO备件、设备维护及校准合同，覆盖多个站点；
3.与EHS及工程团队合作，确保供应商绩效与安全合规；
4.主导供应商选择、谈判及合同全生命周期管理；
5.支持预防性维护及资本性项目采购（CAPEX）；
6.推动成本节约、服务可靠性与可持续改进（ESG）；
7.负责设施管理、工程及MRO采购，保障工厂与研发中心的运营连续性；
8.熟悉IFM、设备维护及备件采购管理；
9.能与EHS、工程及运营团队协作，确保安全与合规；
10.具备成本优化与供应商绩效管理能力；
11.良好的英语沟通与跨区域协调能力。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，工程、供应链或相关专业；
2.2年以上（专员）/5年以上（经理）设施或工程类采购经验；
3.具备设施与工程类采购专业能力、供应商风险与合规管理、跨部门协作（EHS–工程–运营）、成本优化与全生命周期成本管理、可持续与持续改进意识；
4.熟悉MRO、IFM及技术服务合同，了解GMP或工业环境；
5.具备谈判、供应商管理及项目协调能力；
6.英语流利，能与全球及区域团队高效沟通。
