Job Description

渠道经理——高校公图方向北京全职销售 - 销售专员职位描述1、熟悉公司在TOB领域的数字阅读产品及方案,能将客户需求与产品方案进行匹配,并将产品的价值传递给客户;
2、负责部分区域的高校图书馆、公共图书馆、政府等数字阅读产品的市场营销、渠道赋能、渠道支持等销售工作;
3、维护管理渠道关系,与渠道建立长期的友好合作关系,赋能渠道,深挖渠道潜力,提升渠道与公司的合作紧密性;
4、具备一定的文字方案能力,针对客户个性化需求定制个性化产品汇报方案
5、具备产品运营思维,能落地区域性阅读推广活动,服务区域内图书馆客群的阅读推广需求
6、根据公司的销售规划,明确个人的渠道销售计划,完成个人业绩任务指标。职位要求1、统招本科以上学历,3年以上的图书馆或高校直销、渠道销售工作经验;
2、学习能力强,能够充分理解产品特色,传递产品价值,善于宣讲、培训工作;
3、了解图书馆行业的的产品销售模式,有数字图书馆、数据库等同类产品的销售经验者优先,有优秀的过往业绩;
4、优秀的逻辑思维和语言表达、商务谈判能力,良好的沟通协调及学习能力,秉性坚韧,有冲劲;
5、有敏锐的市场意识、应变能力、独当一面的能力,心态成熟,事业心和抗压能力强;
6、具备较强的责任心和进取心,有大局观,有良好的敬业和团队合作精神。 投递
