【工作內容】
1.訪談使用者，洞察法金業務痛點，轉化為數位轉型目標
2.規劃基於 LLM 或 Agent 的 AI 應用場景，撰寫規格文件並確保安全合規
3.協調業務、資訊、資安及合規部門，推進專案落地
4.追蹤 AI 技術趨勢，評估應用可行性，並與工程師討論技術細節
5.製作簡報，向管理階層展示 AI 專案成效
【資格條件】
．工作經歷要求： 3年以上金融數位企劃，或法金各職系產品經理 (PM) 或技術專案經理 (TPM) 等相關經驗。
．學歷要求：碩士, 大學
．科系要求： 資訊管理、金融科技、數據科學、商業管理 相關
．語文條件：英文: 聽/中等‧說/中等‧讀/中等‧寫/中等

1.曾研究或參與過多模態 Agent 框架（如 OpenCUA、 Agent-S3 等技術實作或應用企劃者)
2.具備帶領大型跨部門數位轉型專案，並成功推動變革管理之經驗
3.具備法金基本作業環境認知（如徵信流程、系統操作習慣、聯徵資料特性等）
4.具備敏捷開發 (Agile) 團隊協作經驗。
