Job Description

新品孵化经理北京全职产品类职位描述岗位职责
1.核心负责孵化饮料新产品/新品牌的从0-1,包括核心定位、卖点特征,协同相关方完成整体的新品打造;
2.负责带领新产品完成商业验证和测试,在通过测试的情况下牵引协同方完成业务冷启动。
3.负责既有产品的管理,通过精准用户洞察及市场反馈,对产品进行升级迭代,持续提升市场竞争力。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,懂消费品,对消费趋势敏锐,3-5年及以上消费品产品经理经验者优先。
2、学习能力强、对从0到1搭建新品牌有很高的热情和独到见解,喜欢挑战。
3、善于挖掘消费者的真实需求。
4、对于设计和视觉语言有自己的见解和美学判断。
5、有韧性,对产品充满热情,具备强烈的责任心和抗压能力。职位要求岗位职责
