【職務內容】
1. 參與專案資訊系統建置與資訊基礎架構(infra)規劃。
2. 參與客戶機房規劃、建置與維運等資訊管理服務(IT Managed Service)。
3. 服務範疇：零售收銀系統(POS)、多媒體資訊與自助服務機(ibon/Kiosk)、網路、PC與周邊、印表機、車站閘門、金融終端設備與存摺印字機等。
4. 排除客戶資訊設備硬體故障、異常分析並修正問題。
5. 協助並彙整專案建置與維運作業之文件管理。

3. 具基本英文或日文書寫與溝通能力
