Your Key Responsibilities

Globe Position Name：E/E Eng.

• Responsible for power module requirement analysis, concept design and prototype development
• Responsible for power module requirement collection and sorting for new product development, support the power module technical roadmap and platform definition.
• Carrying out performance/reliability related simulation and test to ensure the design robustness.
• Responsible for Power module technical datasheet creation and update
• Work with EE on the requirement analysis and design of gate drive circuit
• Responsible for BoM creation/update and design costs down, support component sourcing and power module manufacturing

Your Qualifications

• Master or above degree in power electronics, mechatronics, microelectronics, electrical automation and related majors.
• Familiar with the development and test process of power semiconductors, including packaging and process design, simulation, testing, application and manufacturing.
• Understand the structure of power module devices and the physical characteristics of power semiconductors.
• Experience in simulation tools application of power modules is preferred.
• Skilled in problem-solving methodology and know-how on Powe module
• Willing to work in a multi-cultural team and have good communication skills
• Good English reading & writing.
