1.擔任專案課程專屬輔導員，協助各項問題解決與績效輔導關心，提升新人定著率。
2.擔任證照考試(三照：公會/外幣/投資型)授課講師。
3.各項訓練班別或活動舉辦，包含課前、課中與課後行政事務。
4.協助各項法令培訓的授課與完訓追蹤。

1.專業能力~能確實、熟練及精確無誤地執行各項訓練事務
2.運用知識及能力達成任務並解決問題
3.學習能力~配合工作需求，找出並參與適當的學習領域
