【工作內容】
作為華邦的(竹北)法務人員，你將運用專精且深厚的法律知識，協助內部各單位進行合約的審視、智權的開發推廣與專利的規劃及運用。工作內容包含：
1. Draft, review, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements or legal documents
2. Study and monitor corporate relevant regulations or laws; Provide legal and compliance related training
3. Handle and analyze legal related issues or disputes and provide solution
4. Support patent licensing matter and coordinate with firms

其他條件：
1. At least 10 full years of legal experience in technology and commercial transactions; Taiwan or U.S. Bar a plus

5. Be able to adapt a fast-paced and challenging working environment
