Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

●负责新设备平台的电气系统方案设计与开发及调试，完成电气原理图绘制及元器件选型

● 开展现场调试与故障排查，解决设备运行中的电气技术问题，并根据工艺对现有设备的电气系统进行升级改造

● 编写PLC程序（西门子/三菱等主流品牌），实现设备逻辑控制与运动轨迹规划，以及开发特殊工艺平台的PLC

● 参与设备机械结构联调测试，配合完成整机性能验证

● 编制电气作业指导书及维护手册，为制造人员提供技术支持服务

Qualification & Requirements

●大专及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先

●有5年及以上相关非标设备电气设计经验

●具备扎实的电气理论基础，熟悉电路设计、低压配电、电机驱动等专业知识

●熟悉常用的运动控制卡、伺服器、驱动器、传感器等

●精通AutoCAD/Eplan电气绘图软件，能独立完成复杂控制系统设计

●掌握至少一种主流PLC编程语言（梯形图/SFC功能图），具备工业机器人集成经验者优先

●有非标设备项目落地经验，能适应在生产现场进行调试支持

●了解镀膜设备的工作原理，有维修经验者优先

●拥有良好的沟通协调能力，能快速理解生产需求并转化为技术解决方案
