【工作內容】
1. 專案管理制度規劃，含品質、議題、風險、溝通、變更、需求、相依性、廠商…等管理項目，並持續進行評估及精進，並協助推動並落實各項專案管理制度。
2. 參與計劃管理會議，掌握各專案進度，並評估執行情況、辨識影響並提出洞察建議。
3. 建立並維持與廠商的良好合作關係，監控廠商作業及績效表現，確保其交付符合要求。與內部團隊及外部廠商保持有效溝通，確保資訊透明，協調各方需求。
4. 定期報告專案進展，進行專案績效分析，提出改善建議 。
5. 激勵團隊士氣，創造高效團隊氛圍 。
【資格條件】
1. 大學或研究所畢業，資訊管理相關科系尤佳。
2. 熟悉專案管理方法，具專案管理(PMP)相關證照尤佳。
3. 具金融產業5年以上系統開發經驗及擔任專案經理5年以上經驗，具備廠商管理經驗者優先。
4. 善於溝通協調，能夠處理多方需求，具優異簡報能力。
5. 具銀行業務處理經驗。
