创意策略经理(出海用增方向)深圳全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述职位描述
1. 负责效果广告创意策略的制定和执行,支持业务的增长目标达成;
2. 监控分析素材效果数据,持续优化创意策略,并输出素材使用建议、协同优化师提升广告效果;
3. 关注效广行业的趋势和内容热点,针对竞品创意策略进行相应的分析和战略应对,持续创新推动创意形式的突破;
4. 总结起量规律,沉淀创意工作方法论,赋能更多产品提升创意效果或者协作效率;
岗位需求
1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上广告设计或者广告内容相关经验,对什么是好的广告有感性&理性的双重认知;
2. 可以抽象出起量创意的方法论,有AI相关的经验加分;
3. 对海外广告,媒体渠道有了解的加分;
4. 责任心强,可以保持积极的工作状态,持续推动业务增长,追求极致;
5. 逻辑思维优秀,擅长数据导向看问题,善于沟通,有良好的判断能力。职位要求-- 投递
