Job Description

客户服务经理长沙社招全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1、建立线上服务交付标准,负责一线业务交付,从0到1搭建呼叫中心站点;
2、负责站点运营和绩效管理,管理站点坐席按时上线,日常产出,分析运营指标,发现运营问题并提供决策意见;
3、管理BPO供应商,负责站点考察、供应商谈判、业务对接、月度结算;
4、负责线上服务业务量预测,提前规划人力储备,保障业务量波峰时的服务交付;
5、负责客户体验管理,通过服务洞察不断优化服务流程改善服务体验,通过积极反馈产品问题,推动产品改善;
6、对接客服系统需求,从客服角度不断提出系统优化需求,以提高客服工作效率为目标;
7、客诉管理,能够处理重大客户投诉,响应和处理危机事件;职位要求1、本科及以上学历;
2、5年以上服务行业工作经验,熟悉呼叫中心排班、质量、培训及运营管理体系;
3、具有BPO服务商管理经验者优先;
4、具有一定的团队管理能力,良好的沟通应变能力、逻辑思维能力及协调能力和较强的敬业精神及服务意识。 投递
