Job Description

国内客服组长武汉全职客户关系职位描述1. 团队管理:负责团队日常管理工作,关注团队成员的绩效表现,协助成员达成绩效目标,建立积极高效的团队氛围,提升团队凝聚力与员工满意度。
2. 业务指导与培训:根据业务发展,建立知识库与标准话术库,及时组织内部培训与案例复盘分享,提升团队作业规范性与响应效率。
3. 服务质量监控:建立并完善服务质量监控体系,发现问题及时优化;收集分析客户反馈及投诉信息,协助制定改进措施;并跟进团队成员服务表现,定期输出服务质量分析报告。
4. 跨部门协作:与运营、市场、产品等相关部门保持良好沟通,确保客服团队对各项业务活动及时响应,并推动服务流程及系统优化,提升整体服务效率和用户体验。职位要求1. 大专及以上学历,客户服务、管理类相关专业优先;
2. 具备2年以上客服工作经验,有管理或小组带领经验者优先;
3. 熟悉客户服务流程及常见系统工具,具备良好的问题处理与协调能力;
4. 具备较强的沟通表达能力、团队管理能力和培训能力;
5. 具备一定数据分析能力,能通过数据发现问题并提出改进建议;
6. 责任心强,抗压能力好,具备良好的服务意识与团队精神。 投递
