Job Description

售后北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1. 日常维护客户,解答客户关于产品相关的各种使用问题并给出解决方案
2. 收集客户需求,阶段性整理客户通用需求提交产品部门,推动产品迭代优化
3. 定期大客户回访,了解产品使用情况,记录回访内容与问题
4. 根据客户运营场景为客户提供最佳使用实践及功能相关配置职位要求1. 大专本科或以上学历,有售前/售后/客户成功工作经验
2. 有强烈的客户服务意识,工作认真,严谨,责任心强
3. 具备优秀的逻辑思维、分析与学习能力,能快速发现问题解决问题
4. 具备良好的团队协作能力、沟通表达能力和抗压能力
5. 有SaaS产品相关工作经验者优先 投递
