工作職責

1. 準備及製作所有點心、點心材料、點心外皮及甜品
2. 善用食材，減少浪費
3. 確保食物儲存溫度及地方適當，減低食物變壞風險
4. 指導員工清潔點心部工作部範圍
5. 工業安全及機械使用
6. 個人及廚房衛生
7. 穿著清潔整齊制服，並保持良好工作氣氛
