职位描述
1.价值观建立：在日常工作中践行蔚来价值观； 2.视频拍摄剪辑：跟进活动的照片拍摄与剪辑，按照标准制作对应的照片&视频； 3.用户关系建立：全程接待到店访问的用户及用户朋友，推荐用户中心解决方案，例如App和会员服务，与用户建立长期稳定的伙伴关系； 4.用户关系维护：通过不断创新去创造超越客户期望的愉悦体验，定期跟进追踪会员，不断提升客户对蔚来的忠诚度； 5.日常运营：执行和跟进体验中心的日常运营，包括但不限于店外市场活动及销售渠道拓展活动。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历； 2.有优秀的沟通能力，能接受较长时间的站立和制作特饮的工作； 3.有很好的服务意识，能够换位思考，理解用户需求，善于共情； 4.有较强的执行力，能够按时按需完成分配的任务； 5.认可蔚来的创业公司文化，抗压能力强，能够适应在高速发展的环境中开展用户服务工作，达到团队目标； 6.具有用户关系维护，活动主持，视频剪辑等经历背景优先； 7.26届可投，实习期4个月及以上，该岗位Base义乌朝阳门； 需要5月中旬到岗
