职位描述
1、负责小米互联网业务的服务端研发工作，包括需求沟通、功能设计与开发，结合 AI 能力进行业务创新； 2、负责相关业务服务端相关的高并发架构设计、线上维护、性能调优等； 3、参与 AI 应用方向的服务端能力建设，包括 LLM 应用接口、RAG/Agent 系统、模型推理服务的开发与集成； 4、和产品/测试/运营进行密切沟通，能够根据需求提出合理技术方案； 5、负责软件开发过程中的问题分析和总结，提供建议和帮助改善研发流程，探索 AI 辅助研发的工程实践。
职位要求
1、熟练掌握Java编程语言，熟悉Linux开发环境； 2、扎实的编程能力，熟悉常用算法和数据结构，掌握常用的设计模式； 3、熟悉Web服务开发，了解Web服务框架，了解Web安全和常见分布式存储计算框架； 5、对 AI 技术有热情，了解大模型基本原理及应用范式（RAG、Agent、Prompt 工程等），有 LLM 应用开发或 AI 项目实践经验者优先； 6、有强烈的上进心和自我驱动，学习适应能力强，乐观自信，能挑战自我不断追求卓越。 7、本科及以上在读，计算机及其相关专业，实习期 3 个月以上，每周到岗 4-5 天。
