职位描述
1、参与音频生产管线中低效率步骤的识别与自动化改造； 2、参与音频工具的需求梳理、开发、测试与迭代； 3、参与团队技术基础设施建设，积累工程与产品思维； 4、关注工具的用户体验，参与界面交互与视觉细节的打磨。
职位要求
1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业在读； 2、专业技能要求： - 有任意 GUI 开发经验（个人项目、开源贡献均可），能写出美观可用的界面 - 了解基础的 CI/CD 概念（如 Git、自动构建、自动化测试等） - 对音频管线相关技术有兴趣，了解以下任意一项：Wwise 模块、UE Commandlet、REAPER ReaScript 等 - 有软件工程意识，代码风格整洁、可读 3、学习能力强，能独立查阅文档解决问题，注重时间管理； 4、有责任心，情绪稳定。沟通积极、表达清晰、注重细节； 5、请附带作品集。 加分项： 1、了解任意现代 GUI 框架（Flutter、Electron、WPF、Tauri 等）； 2、有技术博客、开源项目； 3、会用 AI 辅助编程； 4、了解大语言模型的工程应用及前沿生态，有把 AI 落地到工具中的尝试（非 AIGC 方向）。
