职位描述
1、协助行政、专业服务、工程等采购品类的全流程执行，保障交付进度、质量与成本目标达成； 2、协助拓展并维护国内外优质供应商资源，推进供应商资质审核、合规校验，参与供应商评级与分级管理； 3、协助优化采购流程与规则，通过集采、比稿、议价及SOP标准化，提升采购效率； 4、协助对接各内部团队，推进数据合规、版权确认、税务口径等关键事项，支持采购与结算高效落地； 5、协助完成采购相关数据分析与维护，输出报表，运用AI工具提升寻源、比价、合同审阅及文档处理效率。
职位要求
1、采购、供应链、管理等相关专业； 2、具备良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力与跨部门协作能力，较强执行力与责任心； 3、具备采购、商务拓展、供应商管理、招投标相关实习经历者优先； 4、熟练使用各类AI提效工具及常见办公软件者加分； 5、致力于商务这个职业方向的发展，英语可作为工作语言，有其他小语种能力者加分。
