职位描述
1、根据品牌/店铺/用户痛点需求、全球不同电商渠道(包括品牌独立站/亚马逊/京东/天猫/抖音等平台)内容风格/调性及市场竞品数据,承接电商相关的营销内容策划和项目管理执行工作,包含图文内容以及直播间&客服销售话术设计等;
2、根据数据及用户反馈,结合用户/品类/竞品研究持续进行A/B Test及内容/话术优化,动态调整内容运营策略;
3、深入理解国内及跨境电商全链路业务,协同各站点运营,对流量结构变化、产品转化率变化、VOC、差评、竞品动向等关键业务模块和问题进行分析,输出改进方向和方案,并推进项目落地实施,复盘评估效果;
4、作为电商内容策略owner,能高效统筹包括GTM、设计及电商运营等各相关方及时有效推进项目,建立高效的多方沟通机制,保证项目的执行效率和结果交付质量;
5、定期总结及复盘,分析内容运营数据,客观进行效果评估,沉淀用户洞察及爆款内容制作方法论
6、对全球商业环境及趋势变化保持高度敏感,能洞察出对业务影响的核心因素并赋能于业务变革执行,为电商业务带来新增量。
职位要求
1、海内外名校优先,英文读写能力必须,对影像行业感兴趣;
2、具备电商运营思维,以提升链路点击转化及引导销售为目标,高度结果导向;
3、用户洞察力强,能够根据品牌/品类/产品特点、用户需求及市场创新趋势敏锐捕捉营销内容创意点,对用户消费心理及习惯营销有较强的sense;
4、具备数据分析能力,逻辑清晰,高度数据及销售结果导向,有较强的PDCA及复盘意识;
5、有较强的跨部门沟通协调能力及项目管理能力;
6、自驱力强,乐于接受来自不同领域的工作挑战。
