Job Description


Our client is a leading AI consulting company helping enterprise organizations transform their businesses through Artificial Intelligence. Working with some of Japan’s largest companies, you will lead AI transformation initiatives, define AI strategies, and support organizations in adopting AI at scale.

These positions are centered on enterprise AI transformation rather than purely hands-on AI development.


You will help large organizations define their AI strategy, establish AI governance frameworks, identify high-impact AI use cases, and successfully integrate AI into business operations. The role focuses on bridging business and technology, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.


Working closely with executives, business leaders, and AI/Data teams, you will lead strategic AI initiatives, support organizational change, and guide enterprise-wide AI adoption from planning through execution.


This is a highly collaborative, client-facing environment that combines AI consulting, digital transformation, project leadership, change management, and modern AI technologies such as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Responsibilities


  • Lead AI transformation projects for enterprise clients.

  • Define AI strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.

  • Support clients in building AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices.

  • Design and establish AI Centers of Excellence (AI CoE).

  • Collaborate with executives and business leaders to drive AI adoption across the organization.

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.

  • Manage project delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Support change management initiatives related to AI implementation.

  • Keep up with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements


Requirements


  • Experience leading AI or digital transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and modern AI technologies.

  • Experience in consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects.

  • Business-level Japanese communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience establishing AI governance or AI CoE initiatives.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience with Data & AI platforms.

  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.

  • Professional consulting experience.

  • Relevant AI or cloud certifications.
