职位描述
1、参与新型玩法预研的核心研发工作，负责核心玩法模块的程序实现与优化； 2、与策划、美术紧密配合，主导最小可行版本技术选型并快速搭建，实现创意落地； 3、研究并实现角色交互、场景表现等相关功能，保障玩法循环的完整性与可玩性； 4、能够探索并尝试前沿技术在游戏中的应用，为后续版本迭代提供技术验证与支持； 5、作为项目的技术接口，与其他技术部门进行沟通与协作，共同推进相关功能在游戏中的应用落地。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5年游戏开发经验； 2、熟练掌握unity以及多种编程语言，具备扎实的数据结构、算法和软件架构设计能力； 3、拥有至少一款完整上线游戏项目的开发经验，或主导过重要玩法模块从0到1的原型开发； 4、对游戏开发有极大热情，具备优秀的沟通、协调和团队合作能力，能够有效地与团队成员合作完成项目； 5、对人工智能技术在游戏中的应用有浓厚兴趣，有使用状态机、行为树等实现NPC行为逻辑经验的优先。
